Oats are whole grain nutrition rich food filled with carbs, protein, and fibers which keeps you energetic throughout your tough day.
So here is easy, simple and healthy oat recipe which will help you to make your food super healthy.
Simple and healthy oatmeal recipe
Oats: 1 bowl
Peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
Almonds: 4-5 (As your requirement)
Cashews: 4-5 (As your requirement)
How to make it?
Take a bowl to add oats up to 50 to 60 gms in it with a 250 ml of hot milk and wait for 5-10 minutes so that oats become soft.
After that add slices of banana and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, then blend or mix it properly.
Now you can add almonds, cashews, walnuts, and blueberries as topping on it and serve it.
Note: You can have any other fruits instead of banana such as apple or mangoes.
Blueberries are optional and if not available you can go with red berries instead.
Also, you can cook oats first and then blend with the remaining ingredients.
Adding a plate of 5-6 egg whites another side with this simple and healthy oatmeal recipe will make the whole breakfast meal a good combination of carbs, protein, and fibers.
