So let’s start the recipe for peanut butter pound cake


Ingredients for cake: 

Cooking spray 

Butter: 1 cup (2 sticks) 

Granulated sugar: 1 cup

Packed brown sugar: 1 cup

Peanut butter: 1/2 cup

Large eggs: 4

Pure vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon 

All-purpose dough (Maida): 3 cup 

Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

Milk: 1 cup

Mini chocolate chips: 1 cup

Peanut butter chocolate chips: 1 cup

Ingredients for a spread on the cake:

Powdered sugar: 2 1/2 cup 

Milk: 5 tablespoons 

Peanut butter: 1/4 cup

Pure vanilla extract: 1/2 teaspoon 

Mini chocolate chips: 1/4 cup

How to make it?

For cake:

Beat the butter and sugars until they are light and fluffy, use a hand mixer (or a stand mixer bowl) in a large bowl. 

Add peanut butter and add one egg at one time, blend after each ingredient added, add vanilla and mix it to the mixture.

In another large bowl mix 3 cups flour and baking powder together.

Add half the amount of dry ingredients for wet mixture, until combined.

Pour in milk and mix until it is fully incorporated, then add remaining dry ingredients and blend until combined.

Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and the remaining large spoon flour together in a small bowl, then pour it into the batter.

Now put the batter in the prepared cake pan preheated to 350° with a cooking spray.

Bake until a toothpick is inserted in the middle of the cake, it becomes clear in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Allow the pan to cool in 10 minutes than invert it on a cold rack to cool completely.

Spread on the cake:

Powder sugar, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla together blend it and pour on the cold peanut butter pound cake and top with mini chocolate chips.
